Dr. Hicks is one of the smartest and most caring physicians I’ve ever met. He truly takes his time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and he never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and does everything he can to help. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
I was really looking forward to working with Dr. Hicks after our first meeting. He seemed to be on board with my care and gave me some hope that after 6 years of declining health I’d finally have some answers.. and treatment. Needless to say they didn’t happen. He dismisses anything you ask him or tell him. He does not care to listen to anything. He makes you feel awkward and dumb. Back a couple visits ago he told me “I was too much”.
