Great staff and great doctor! The entire team listens to hear and understand. The facility could stand an updated look but overall the care received is all that really matters.
If I could give him (Hicks) a negative 1 I would saw him at least five times. Very unprofessional. How you got my records but don’t know my condition? Weird vibes and thinks he better than everyone! If he was the last pcp I would not go back . Nice lady who sets appointments that’s it.

Dr. Hicks is one of the smartest and most caring physicians I’ve ever met. He truly takes his time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and he never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and does everything he can to help. I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
