The claims Youseff is making about myself and my business are not true. I completed his first bathroom, I had told him I wasn’t a good fit to continue renovating his second bathroom but after his wife had begged me to continue, I did out of good faith but quickly realized Youseff was trying to take advantage of my kindness. Best company to work with! Everything from start to finish was perfect! Clear & professional communication from the initial phone call to completion (which is HUGE for me as that is hard to come by these days!) Job done efficiently and correctly and space was cleaned of all debris and trash. Can’t wait to do more projects with Bruce and his crew!
BE AWARE of getting scammed, and do NOT hire this contractor! He is a master at running a bait-and-switch scheme. I would have rated him below 1 star had that been an option. He misled and defrauded us by more than tripling his plumbing labor costs as a part of what was supposed to be a total remodeling of two bathrooms. The inconsistency in between the project contract we agreed to, and what he ended up charging us was flagrant at best.
