Very unprofessional, horrible service, people are very rude.... I reached out to them multiple times before our closing date and could not get a hold of anyone. Then they told me I couldn't do mail away the day before closing. There are many better firms to work with in GA, i.e Andrew Gurvey, MMG, or Troy King... All those guys are a lot better than Harlan and less expensive. .. I would not recommend these guys to anyone..
DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HARLAN & ASSOCIATES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This "Law Firm" has violated numerous ethics and client disclosure practices. You would be better off going to craigslist to hire representation! Our company will be seeking legal remedy against Stephen A. Harlan of Harlan & Associates in Atlanta, GA for ethics violations. Very disappointed - They handled the closing on my re-fi. We used the cash out to close several credit cards and we received (2) checks written to accounts that had already been paid off. The total for the (2) checks was $617. I notified them about the mix-up. They never responded. When I called Steve to resolve his V-mail says to email the info. I emailed ~ 8 times - no response.
