An immediate family member was held here for a week. While I am the ONLY family & I am listed as emergency contact, I was provided zero information. Even upon release, no information was given to prognosis & patient was just as bad as before they were held. I tried contacting Dr multiple times & heard nothing back. Only thing good about this place were some of the caregivers.I realize there are few places to choose from in KY, but this is not it.

Everytime you go to the er, there's new young doctors. Each time one will tell you a different diagnosis from the next dr... they will not spend the time to figure out what's wrong with someone..they hurry and kick you out
