Broke out in bumps around my hairline. No free consult as promised as they are booked up. They refuse to take back the extract. Is you read the directions..you will see the extract won't last a full month and the shampoo and conditioner will not last 2 months. I feel like this is a scam.

I used this product for almost 2 weeks, which resulted in headaches each time. Customer service says it does not cause headaches and that the extract cannot be refunded. This is a very expensive product to be non-refundable. I will never order from this company again.
