My first visit at HHA was nothing short of Amazing. The staff was very attentive and professional. Two of the Nurses I will call them Kentucky and Arizona lol made my appointment comfortable, fun, and easy. This staff is great!!
No one at these facilities ever answer the damn phone
They are always very nice, friendly and courteous, from the time I walk through the door and am always greeted with the good morning, or afternoon from Megan, the receptionist. And she greets each person by their name which speaks highly of her professionalism by going the extra step to learn people names, as many as she see each day I’m sure. I’m always seen within a few minutes of my arrival. I am so thankful for each one of them. Thank you.
Dr. Lansford was professional/well-organized, and I appreciated how she did take time to listen to my concerns. I felt fully supported during the visit, especially when discussing ongoing issue with hives. Overall, my experience was great, and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a good allergist.
