Such a down to earth doctor. Easy to talk to, willing to listen. I liked his method of getting blood work and other testing done before just jumping straight to medication. Extremely nice, and his staff is on point as well. Great doctor. Would easily recommend him to anyone.
Very poor communication with office staff I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and have severe pain in my knees needing total knee replacements and trying to get a wheelchair approved ...doctor Betty does not seem to want to put in the statement for wheelchair what my correct diagnosis is.... all he would put was I want a wheelchair because I have knee pain making it very hard to get a wheelchair for something that should be so simply put in the request.
