12/30 - Not Happy with office staff. Was told bloodwork could be done at PCP(3 miles instead of 22). No one could give me answers or a call back. 12/31 - Called again and they said order was sent but could not confirm by email/fax? PCP still not received bloodwork order. I asked them to call and find out how to resolve. PCP calls back to say they sent it to ‘mychart’. So at this point who was suppose to know where to look?
