Totally agree with John's review. Being a previous tenant myself, having to deal with Debbie caused more trouble than you would hope having paid rent on time every month.
Aside from running a promotions company, Harith Production also manages a number of rental properties. I was a tenant for two years in one of their apartments in Philadelphia. My recommendation is to avoid this landlord at all costs! They are SLUM LORDS! I really liked the apartment as it was in a great location (hence why I endured these people for so long).
