Terrible unless you want to go to a Boot Camp if it is okay with you. I will not suggest anyone. Very rude and no respect to patients. I will deal with pain rather go see him.Absolutely Shame for this noble profession. This is not a street profession. Thanks,

Appreciate her experience and the availability of medical trials. Dealing with Alzheimer’s in a parent situation is very difficult and honestly, there is no good outcome. However, Dr Steen’s knowledge and careful explanations of our options have been extremely helpful.

After 3 falls, slight memory loss, dizziness, my 94 year old mother saw Dr Thaker. No long waits, he had a VERY relaxed manner, but spent less than 15 minutes with her & did nothing to help before sending her away. After we complained, he asked her to make another appointment that she was expected to pay for! We called another doctor who spent over 30 minutes with her, evaluating, questioning, & teaching her exercises to help with her condition. Shame on Dr Thacker! Absolutely no care!

My mother has been treated by this Dr. and was diagnosed with Dementia. I had to move her with me to New York and did not have enough medication to hold her. Getting the office to return calls or to respond to an urgent matter they appear to not really care. They are hard to reach and do not return calls promptly. in the meantime I'm struggling trying to first find her another doctor here and to keep her calm. My cousin who lives There went in the office to express the urgency. No response!

Dr. Steen and her nurses do not explain much of anything about follow-up care. They do not return calls for up to 3-5 days. They have written prescriptions without consulting my medical history and don't seem to follow-up on ordered additional tests. A first visit was easy to get, the next follow up appt time was three months later. Very poor patient instructions and follow-up care.

Workers comp doctor. Given some physical-type tests. Didnt take issue with anything but then told me to go straight back to work the very next day w/ what I’m describing as impossible to work with. Not saying I have anything terrible wrong with me neurologically. But what about difficult symptoms? Workers comp doctors have whole different interest in the matter— their own. But other doctors disagreeing want me resting until symptom-free. So there’s the “lacks compassion part”.
