i called about a month ago because my water softener was leaking from one of the fittings. cameron came out, figured out the problem fast, and explained a couple of different ways they could fix it. he let me know that getting the replacement part might take some time. after a short wait, i got a call right away when the part was ready. malachi and cameron came the next day, swapped out the broken part, checked to make sure everything was running right, and even apologized for the wait. they were both friendly, respectful, a... read more
We had another excellent experience with our plumbing service today. Cameron replaced our garbage disposal quickly and did a great job. Just like the rest of the team, Cameron was friendly, professional, and polite. Still highly recommend! Malachi and Cameron also came by to check why our basement sewer was backing up. Malachi and Cameron did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain everything about the repair, as well as talk about some future plumbing work I might need. They made sure to protect the area around where they were working and cleaned up thoroughly after testing the repair. Our hot water heater stopped working, so we woke up with only cold water for our showers. From the moment we called and spoke with the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful, to Malachi’s inspection and then the installation of a new hot water heater by Malachi and Cameron, the whole experience was excellent.
