Shanty was amazing! I got a Signature Massage (with deep tissue) and wow her massage was absolutely top notch. Not only was her hands super strong but also really attentive to my needs (as im little shy of 2 months postpartum) and all my muscle knots from breastfeeding. I would recommend her to anyone who loves massages! Her prices are so reasonable too! I think I finally found a massage place in Buffalo that I will be regular in.

So knowledgeable and kind. I went for help with menopause symptoms and nervous system/gut and my symptoms are so much better. Prices for consultation/treatments are reasonably priced for care I received. I have a lot of trauma around going to see doctors, however this time was different. I felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend booking an appointment!

Shanthy the owner, is a wonderful massage therapist. My muscles always feel so happy after I walk out of her office. I recommend her for anybody who wants a full body Swedish style massage. Her room is set up very nicely and it feels very calming and soothing. It’s always nice when she puts extra focus on certain parts of my back whenever I need that. I really enjoy her technique. She is a lovely person.

Truly wonderful shirodhara session. It feels like multiple luxury treatments in one. During the appointment, I could absolutely feel my nervous system calming and my brain waves slowing into a slower more receptive state. Very relaxing. The owner has incredible nurturing energy. Thank you for the incredible session.
