Always wanting to run up the bill. He can never do anything by phone even renew a prescription. You have to visit the office. Doesn't recognize the problems someone on a fixed income may face. Everyone has a nice car and can jump in it to come to the office. Staff is rude and push the come to the office policy as hard as they can.
