The good: They took walk-in appointments for MVA inspections The bad: They identified a leak from a faulty o-ring on my oil filter's drain plug and said they'd fix it. Unfortunately, they instead found a way to over-torque the plug so badly that it broke into two pieces (see attached photo). Honestly a great achievement for them! Next time maybe check the torque specs eh guys? Or at least avoid the instinct to tighten everything to within an inch of its life with your impact guns?
