Cannot believe there are not more reviews for this repair center. I was assigned this tech by Geek Squad because they did not have any repair techs in my area. I was told to expect a call from him within 2 hours. Instead, nearly a week later, he calls me one morning to let me know he was coming out THAT DAY to diagnose my TV. I told him it was too last minute and that I needed an appointment. He was rude and told me to reschedule with Geek Squad. So I did, and had to wait two weeks due to the holiday weekend. Completely unreliable. He no-showed to two appointments I had arranged through the LG warranty service. His arrival “window” was 8a-5p, so I wasted two days waiting for him. No call or message as to why. I called him and he said he was waiting for mileage authorization. He could not be bothered to let me know. I have to question his reliability.
