The views are spectacular! Charming New England dock side restaurant serving fresh seafood. The oysters, both raw and grilled, were delicious.
Waaaaaaaayyyyy better then Costello's, this place is too notch
The special tonight was swordfish. It was soft and mushy which was sent back to the kitchen. The lobster bisque had a what appeared to be a butternut squash base with no taste of lobster. The fish and chips were terrible. The fish overdone, mostly crust and very tiny piece of fish. The coleslaw was inedible. The service was wonderful and the view amazing! We will not return to Harings. .
One of my the best and well prepared fish I've ever had.
Haring’s is a great spot. I have been 3-4 times. On the water, in the shipyard, with lots of boat traffic and beautiful scenery. The entrees are usually meh during summer and not recommended. Stick to light fare like the sandwiches, salads and apps. Fish and chips is passable. BYOB is a plus.
