Outrageous charge for oil/filter change when I furnished the oil/filter, plus a chassis lube for a 1 Ton Chevy Express 3500 van. $127 is a bit much compared to $12.50 for oil change in Redding California three months ago when I furnished the oil/filter at a Fleet Truck Center. Won't be going back.
RUDE manager. very bad customer service skills. will not be going back and will be letting all our friends know about this very unpleasant experience. You don't get customers to come back by yelling at their kids and hanging up the phone on them...
