We changed insurance companies 2 years ago. Working with Randi Smith has been AMAZING! We have both home and auto with her. She is so eager to help in anyway and very easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable about her job and goes over and beyond to help her customers. I have never called her that she didn’t get right back with me. Her customer service is beyond GREAT! She really knows her stuff. Highly recommend RANDI SMITH!!!
