I called and was told to text pictures messages of my hardwood floors and I would be guided on whether they needed work or not. Sent photos and phone calls and never got a response back. Looks like they do great work just wish I could hear back
Rod hargan did an incredible job refinishing our floors. We got exactly what we were looking for. There was very little dust to clean up afterwards. It took several days to complete but getting it done right takes time. Would absolutely recommend.
