Location is great. Buildings are older and not well kept. Maintennance does the best they can. Security in the parking lots is lacking due to the lack of lighting. There have been cases of car vandalism and theft. Make sure you visit and ask LOTS of questions about these things before renting. They are probably the cheapest in Bel Air, but ask yourself if it is worth it.
