This place is garbage to work for as well as to do business with. They don't pay competitively. They treat customers and employees like dogs. Run.
Those people have their heads up their Kulo!I went in to get a welding job and the person I spoke to had NO IDEA what they weld,how they weld,what kind of equipment they run.SHE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING but yet she's the one"interviewing"people!!WHAT A JOKE!I'm certified in Tig and there starting rate is less than 17 dollars(straight from the horses mouth too)I told them to take my app and THROW IT IN THE TRASH!
Yea, I worked there 44 yrs, I retired, didn't even get a hand shake from the plant President, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I feel totally disrespected!!
Quality TIG welders deserve quality pay. Don't support job shop whip cracking. Pay welders better please. All i have to say. I know the skill of some of your employees and i know they deserve at least $20/hourly starting salary with a $30/hour cap.
Amazing customer service!!!! Places an order on line and because they didn't have all parts of my order they called and explained that they were doing everything to get my order out as soon as possible... Well they went above and beyond and delivered my order in better then expected time!!! Thank you so much!!!
