The good: The medical staff is friendly and competent. They work with the patient, listen, and are a partner in care. The bad: The office staff on the phone are terrible. They leave messages to call them back, you wait on hold for quite a while. You have an option to hit zero and leave a message, but it's DAYS before anyone gets back to you.
