I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thu and her staff. Most people don't like dentists and I am one of them but Dr. Thu and her staff make you feel right at home. The most caring group of people that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Dr. Thu explained every step she was doing and in terms that you would understand and they actually followed up to see how I was doing, a first for me. Such a wonderful group of people! ❤️
I had a gum graft done by Dr. Thu at Harford Periodontics, and I can't recommend her and her team enough. The pricing was fair, and every single staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and patient...especially considering how many questions I had! I really appreciated that I could text the office anytime and that Dr. Thu even gave me her personal cell in case of emergencies. Wow. This office is absolutely phenomenal! From Dr. Thu, down to all of the assistants and front desk ladies! I have never had such a positive experience for needing my first dental implant with much anxiety about it. Dr. Thu and her entire team made sure I felt comforted and made the entire experience a positive one.
