I had a gum graft done by Dr. Thu at Harford Periodontics, and I can't recommend her and her team enough. The pricing was fair, and every single staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and patient...especially considering how many questions I had! I really appreciated that I could text the office anytime and that Dr. Thu even gave me her personal cell in case of emergencies. Wow. This office is absolutely phenomenal! From Dr. Thu, down to all of the assistants and front desk ladies! I have never had such a positive experience for needing my first dental implant with much anxiety about it. Dr. Thu and her entire team made sure I felt comforted and made the entire experience a positive one. Dr Thu & her staff were top shelf. The Dr explained everything to me, which set me at ease. The entire experience was a breeze.
Wow…this entire office is very caring. I was in pain and they followed up in a timely manner each step of the journey. Palate injections are no fun, but Dr. Thu used some tricks to make it the most tolerable one I have ever had. She is definitely in the A+ category with me. She carefully listens, analyzes the problem well, and knows every trick to make a better patient experience. She is just the best in many ways!
I highly recommend this practice. They seem to truly care about making me healthy and comfortable. They definitely had my best interest at heart.
