5 stars for the doc. Low stars for trying to refill my meds. Contacted them 5 times with the name of my pharmacy and they still didn’t send it to the right spot. Even after sending the literal address. Ended up being without meds for days and having to travel to that wrong pharmacy that they sent it to.
I have been going here for years. Apparently. They updated their policy with\n Insurance, that says that you have to be seen in the office. In order to get your medicine, but they don't tell you that until you're already out. And then it's 2 weeks before you can get in\n They said I can't get any medicine. Until I'm seeing and then they said, my doctor will be in Monday.Maybe we can try.Yeah , okay , lost me as a patient
