Top notch customer care and service! I'm a gardener and accidentally set off a customer's alarm. When I called I was greeted by Kay who talked me through what to do but needed a technician to walk me through the steps to re arm the system (since I couldn't get it with the written instructions) and shortly thereafter I got a call from Ken who got me through the process. It's with disappointment that I find myself writing this review, particularly because it concerns not just the service or products, but the demeanor and professionalism of the company's owner. From the onset, the interaction was far from what one would expect from the leadership of a reputable business. Stuart is a consummate professional and has taken care of us for our house and recently for our business.
