Worst dental office in Nanaimo. I had to cancel a few appointments last December, as I was helping in looking after both my in laws, who were both losing the battle with lung cancer at the same time. I always called in advance to cancel and offered the day I was "fired" to stop by and pay the $50 cancellation fee. I then got a call back from the MANager, who said he just couldn't believe how many appointments I've missed, for myself and my family in the last year. Had Sue for my check up, she was very friendly and kind as were the desk staff. Doc was quick and knew his stuff, great dentist office!
A satisfactory experience being a patient in Harewood dental clinic. Receptionists are nice and accomodating. Hygienists are well trained. Thanks to my dentist who did the tooth filling well. The whole dental clinic is awesome and well maintained.
