Who gave them the right to charge patient fee if patient did not show up.? People are busy with their life and sometimes have problem with their car. I would understand that if we miss an appointment there will be $50 fee to make up the time for the hygiene, but they do not allow to charge $100 for not showing up as no hygienist could make $100 an hour? it is such a rip off. The girls receptionist are all very nice, but the manager guy is very rude. So So rude and racist.
