I was six minutes late for my NHS health check and was instantly marked as a no-show. Reception told me to wait, so I sat there for 1 hour 20 minutes without any updates. When I asked again, I was told it had been a “miscommunication” and that I’d have to rebook. The double standard is appalling — patients are expected to wait whenever the surgery runs late, but if you’re only a few minutes late, you’re refused service. My time was wasted, communication was terrible, and the way patients are treated is unacceptable.
I just moved in yesterday, and their service really amazed me. Every time I update my situation, they reply to me one by one. Thank you. Going forward, I hope they can solve my problem.
Had poor experience previously , however DR Hale is amazing, couldn’t recommend a nicer GP.Genuine care & compassion is not something you experience often ❤️
Always been great If you aren't happy with service then go private 🤫
