Came here for a perm/cut bc of a friends recommendation and Effie did an amazing job. She walked through a little consultation at the beginning and made sure I was happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be coming here again!
Effie is honestly the best! She has been my go to for Balayage for the past 8 years. She takes the time to listen to what you want and works her magic!
