I have never been to a foot doctor but found myself with an ingrown toenail. I called to make an appointment and was told I would need to wait for a cancellation as she was booked out for a few months. I said put me on the list and within a few days they called and got me in. My 81 year old uncle has been a long time patient at this practice. I was forced to cancel an appointment for him a couple of weeks ago due to ice and snow. When I called to cancel, the receptionist told me she would call me back with a new appointment. That was two weeks ago and I have heard anything.
