I'm glad that I'm doing my research on this company before committing. Seems like there's a lot if miscommunication here. I can't believe an owner would speak to a previous client like I have just read from today. I don't think I can trust someone who seems so unprofessional anywhere near my home. No thank you.
I see some bad reviews, but our experience with Ken was outstanding. He responded right away, showed up as promised, and explained everything he was going to do for the monthly fee. He also drained the pool and acid washed it for an additional fee and it all was done very professionally and on time. Ken has been servicing our pool weekly now for about a month, and the water test results are always emailed to me and the service is keeping the pool crystal clear. great fast courteous service! provided expertise to fit my situation.
They have poor communication. They started a service that they never completed and will not come back out to do so. They did an algae treatment a month ago, all of the algae is back and the pool looks worse than it did before I started. They left my pool unit apart and will not even come back out to put it back together!!
Ken was very personable over the phone and in person and took the time to explain all the pros and cons of what we were looking for. Performed an acid wash and tile cleaning for us at a fair price. We were very happy with our end results. He also followed up with a phone call after offering helpful advise for us as first time pool owners.
