The office staff for this company is extremely unprofessional. I have reached out the company several times and each time I called, I was spoken to like I was bothering them. They missed several services even though they were paid for the service. When I called and inquired about this, they admitted they missed the routine maintenance but said we're sorry that just how it is. Ken came out and diagnosed our pools issue and had it fixed the next day. He had no problem showing me and explaining to me what the issue was with my pool pump. The cost to fix the issue and replace a few pieces was extremely reasonable. We found our new pool guy!!
Employees are kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they're doing and and how it will affect the pool system. HPC has been cleaning my pool for two and a half years and I've never had any issues. I'm pleased with the service, thank you!
Awesome owner, employees and company overall ! Chemicals are always balanced, very professional, and my pool looks great ! They even have an app to keep me updated with anything my pool needs/services performed each week. My experience with Hardy's Pool Care has been superb !
All the chemicals are off in the pool that Ken supposedly has been working on. I wouldn't believe in any services he says he does unless you see if for yourself.
