What happened to Hardy Pet? We've been with them so long! A guy named Jim used to answer the phone and he had all the answers. Now no one answers the phone. If you can even leave a message no one will return your call. We cancelled our autoship. ZERO STARS for terrible customer service. Okay, I had to leave one star.
Extremely poor customer service web site dont work to change an autoship order, have been trying to get in contact with them for 5 days with no response after calling and leaving messages everyday, and also have left emails, guess will have to call credit card company and block any charges from them.......update, posted this review 12-6-21, as of 4-11-22 have never ever received a response from these scammers, do not do business with this company, i have thrown every product away that i got from this scam, hopefully i did no... read more
Horrible customer service! I have been trying to contact them for a week to cancel an auto ship order before it was sent due to my dog passing. I have left over 4 voicemails and sent several emails daily and still have not received a response. However they went ahead charged my cc and shipped the item! Product was good, but customer service is terrible, will not order from them again!

I give only one star based on my ordering experience and poor Customer Service. I'm sure the products are great, but I cannot rate that as I never received the products ordered or a refund for the $70 + dollars I paid for them.
