Hands down the worst customer service anywhere. I rented two units, showed up two days later on moving day and one unit had a lock on it. I called their number and customer support told me they needed to speak to higher management. Crappy place, been broke into, doors work so hard my can even open them bill even after we gave two weeks notice and were out on time I have them 1 star but they really shouldn’t get any we were there quite a while and then they treat you like crap
