Decade long renter: I lived at Hardy Springs Apartment for a little over a decade. During this time, I found that the staff has always been courteous, helpful and diligent. They work with a wide range of people with a wide range of demands to include students, military, and government personnel. I emailed about availability and had mentioned I was interested along with my roommates, the owners response by email was relatively quick. They had stated that the unit was still available, and they had asked how many of us there were as well as how soon we were looking to move in. I had explained there were four of us and we would likely be moving in little over month from the time of our correspondence.
