Thank you Hardy plumbing for your quick response to my request for service! Technician, Nate identified the problem, got the part, and installed the garbage disposal in a timely manner. He cleaned up the work area. Nate was very professional And knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Nate and Hardy plumbing to friends and family.
I had a pipe burst and called Hardy to come out to assist. They were quick to respond and send out a plumber to assess the damage and help with the burst pipe. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail everything that would need to be done. He was able to replace the piping and replace the water heater as well. Not only did Wayne get the pipes fixed and install the new water heater, he also helped me out by calling a water mitigation company to come out clean up the water throughout the basement. They came the day after I called! Fit me right in between their busy schedule. They were so friendly,helpful and did the job perfectly. We had some other work they looked at, but instead of just doing unnecessary work they suggested an alternative. They were affordable and easy to work with. Will call them again!
