I owe everything to this business. I came in with very crooked teeth and I was extremely insecure of my smile. In just 2 years they completely transformed the way I look, my confidence, and gave me a beautiful smile. They are always there to answer questions and fit me in if I need to be seen. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and so pleasant to work with. I will be recommending my friends and family to come here with any orthodontic needs.
I was traveling from Colorado and needed more attachments to start my next set of aligners, they took me in even though I'm not their patient and did a great job, very nice professional staff!! The best in Maine! Mary S

But I was argued with and treated very condescendingly. 1/3/2023 After receiving a email I am amending this review to reflect we are continuing our process with Hardy Ortho in Ellsworth. We have had much better communication with the office staff at this location.

Outstanding service. Prompt, polite and they take the time to explain your options to you. Offer payment plans for orthodontics, if needed. Very happy with my choice!
