Hardy mortgage had the two qualities I had to have for my cash-out / equity loan: 1) experience, and 2) honesty. I always knew I was getting the best deal out there (the APR was appreciably lower than what an online broker offered) and Margaret made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended!

Hardy Mortgage was great for us. We worked with Margaret and she did such a great job. We needed a lot of direction and information. She was so patient and worked very long hours.
