More like Hardly Heating. Their phone system is very cumbersome. Made an appointment for them to come out today. They gave me a time range and said that the tech would call me. As it was getting later, I respectfully called back a couple of times "Oh, the tech will call you to let you know ETA" No one ever showed, no phone calls. I call that lousy service.
