Spaces in my upper & lower teeth, braces Jan. 2023 & to date still in PAIN. Brackets so rough tearing inside of cheeks & tongue 😝. I didn't get bands, not power chains but small bands. When will eating become easier!! AM retired and brush 3 times a day. Afraid to eat in public
