I have tried to use their services, call them, and the person answered the phone was not helpful at all when I asked about their services, then he hung up on me. Very rude.
Took my 1972 3.0 GT MK1 Ford Capri in with a noisy differential. Bill diagnosed worn carrier bearings which were replaced along with new half shaft bearings. I was kept informed re progress and collected the car several days later. Huge improvement although with a 53 year old car some noises are inevitable. After collecting the Capri I had new tyres fitted as the old ones were around 20 years old and although they still looked great the tread blocks had gone hard. Took my 1972 MGB GT into Hardy Engineering as there was a constant pull and clunk everytime I changed gear, accelerated or deccelerated, I just couldn't find anyone to work out what the problem was. Hardy Engineering resolved it immediately and now drives like a new car.
I get the team at Hardy's to rebuild my Marina diff for my Marlin Roadster with with a new CWP and a Black Line ATB. I was impressed with their service and we have user our roadster on two classic car tours since we refitted it and it runs smooth and quiet just like new. Thank You
Rude. Can’t speak for the product of their service, but I only called to enquire and ask for a price, got spoken to as though I was nothing but an inconvenience, abrupt, short and rude. As it happens, they don’t work on my particular vehicle but, I wouldn’t have taken it there anyway based on the customer service!
