Hardy installed new solar panels for us in 2023, and we were happy to use them again to install a battery recently (2026). On each occasion the staff have been flexible enough to accommodate our preferences with good attention to detail whilst efficiently getting everything neatly installed, certified and running in one day. Our system has performed flawlessly so the whole process has been pleasant and uncomplicated for us. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.
Our batteries are BYD. Call Hardy Electrical and Solar. From the beginning they have been brilliant and best of all is the support Any question is answered promptly and clearly Yesterday we got our first “bill”. Nothing to pay! Can’t recommend them highly enough

I rarely write negative reviews and always make every effort to resolve issues directly before doing so. Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. To be fair, the installation itself went smoothly, and the installation team was friendly, professional, and efficient. During the installation, a side cover was modified and did not fit correctly, and a few days later, I also had a question regarding operating the system in “off-grid” mode.
