I love everything about Hardy. Their media performs exactly as expected every time, and on the very rare occasion we have a problem or a concern, their customer service and tech support are ON IT for us. My local Hardy rep (I'd love to name her, but I don't want to out her on social media) has worked little miracles for me on numerous occasions, allowing my lab to accommodate unexpected samples and please our clients. Their tech support has even helped us address concerns from auditors. Hardy is just the best!
I had the pleasure to meet Jay Hardy and his family a little while ago through their rep Antony Gonzalez! Have been using Hardy media and reagents since 1989!!!! Yeap...good memories...
