I had my floors done in August 2022. Within the year the floors showed significant erosion, see photos . We reached out to the owner and he Looked at the floor and acknowledged that inadequate service was provided and agreed to remedy it at no cost. Next thing we knew he wanted to give us $1000 bill for supplies. He then backed out entirely and has been unresponsive to any further communication. Scott and his crew are great, they did great work and didn’t miss a single spot. We had them refinish our entire first floor and fill spaces that were left from where a wall was. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They came and put down samples for us and we chose from those. It came out perfect! Would highly recommend
