We recently had our hard wood floors hand scraped, stained and refinished. It was a big job with many rooms. They also removed carpet from 2 rooms and replaced damaged wood in a few areas. From the start David was very accommodating, explained the procedure well and was prompt in his responses. His crew was very professional, worked efficiently and carefully taped protective plastic sheeting throughout the house to minimize the debris from the scraping.
