The doors are absolutely beautiful, but they aren't available if there are future issues with the door. Glass is loosening on diamond-leaded glass. Multiple phone calls and emails over the years without any response. I am willing to pay, but still no response. I would have gone with a company that stands behind their work if I would have known.

Purchased beautiful pair of hardwood double front doors five years ago. They look and function as well today as when they were installed!
Awful customer service (extremely rude & unprofessional). This company does not stand behind their work & does not return phone calls. Had to call and leave message after message for 11 months before obtaining an email address to share pictures of the issues we were having with the seal on our door (purchased by the previous owners so even though I bought the house, that means I'm unworthy of follow-up).
