We’ve had a chess board and Chinese checker board from this shop for around 20 years and guests are always taken aback. Gorgeous craftsmanship.
My wife and I discovered Hardwood Creations at the Crocker Holiday Artisan Market at the Scottish Rite Temple in Sacramento. Their booth was filled with cutting boards, lazy Susans, tables, toys, game boards and many other items made from exotic woods such as African padauk and Peruvian walnut.
