They did a great job. Response to my call with as quick, Daryl was out quickly and gave us great advice on cleaning the floor prior to us having them come out and wax and buff... Cost I thought was high based on the amount of time they took to complete. They said it would was about a 3 hr job , but It only took 1.5 hrs... But price was the same as a 3 hr job. Not complaining because of the short notice I gave them to complete.... Overall I was happy with the job .
Professional and outstanding communication. They’re a smaller operation which allows them to be more personable and attentive with their clients. They were very knowledgable and it allowed us to trust their expertise. Floors came out beautiful!
I needed some repair work done on my hardwood floors and as I called around for help and/or estimates none of the other hardwood floor companies were interested in helping as it wasn’t going to be a large contract job. But when I finally called Hardwood Connection they said they would be happy to help and come and give estimate. They gave a fair estimate and by the next day the service was complete. Great job. My floor looks great. Couldn’t thank them enough. Thanks guys!!
