I would never do business with the owner. He is heartless and money hungry. He evicted a non profit business from a property he manages because he didn't want to have to pay to fix the water problems that he was legally obligated to fix. That business subsequently had to close its doors because of this slumlord. I have personally spoken with this man about renting that same property and he was condescending and made several sexist comments towards me and my line of work (I'm a hairstylist).
