Ordered coat hooks from them online, they arrived and are total garbage with rough metal sticking out where they were broken off the mold. Contacted Hardwick's, instead of taking responsibility the assured me that "These hooks are hand cast from vintage replicas and are not defective." They are absolutely defective.
