I have been more than impressed with the pleasant and kind front of house staff, and my Neuropsychologist well I personally couldn't have asked for a better understanding and helpful professional. Fletcher the clinic's service dog is a treat, he is a hyperallergenic Groodle (golden retriever X poodle) that has helped me in the past a few times :)
Natasha Ryan was a phenomenal psychologist for me, she was able to relate to me really well, was able to explain theoretical concepts easily, & has helped me a tonne in my own personal-growth journey. I really appreciate the work she does & how comfortable our relationship felt. I truely wish her the best on her future endeavours.
I have seeing Dr Sarah Pollock for a year and she is caring, supportive and understanding. Fletcher, her service dog is just beautiful & equally as supportive.
Thankyou Hardwicks for providing me with my Psychologist that has at a very difficult period in my life given me & still giving me the utmost care to genuinely smile & to get me over this speed bump in my life. I cannot Curtis thankyou enough to get me to where l am & give me the strength to get up & push on. I am so great full also to the team at Hardwicks for their care with organising my appointments etc., you are my happy place. Amazing smiles 😊
In my view, this practice is not a good fit for anyone experiencing trauma. The clinical approach felt rigid and procedural rather than trauma-informed or collaborative, and I left without receiving the support I attended for and was in a worse position than when I first sought help. Unfortunately, administrative issues compounded the experience - mistakes were made from the very first phone call, including being charged a full fee instead of the required deposit, and not obtaining new patient details on the first visit.
