In my view, this practice is not a good fit for anyone experiencing trauma. The clinical approach felt rigid and procedural rather than trauma-informed or collaborative, and I left without receiving the support I attended for and was in a worse position than when I first sought help. I had a great experience with Hardwick Psychological Services through Dr Sarah Pollock. I found the listening and unpacking of the issues was transformative for me. Should have engaged with Hardwick years earlier to create a positive outlook and plan forward.
Happy to take you money then rush you out the door, If the person you are seeing is running late, that's too bad for you. if you are running late or need to reschedule they will charge the full amount , no chance to re-schedule, no pro-rata. do yourself a favor and look over these people.
I completed two new patient enquiries and called and emailed numerous times. Despite the website stating they are taking new patients I have not received a call back. Dissapointing.
Amazing, beautifully curated space. Calm and caring, and amazing team. Supportive, safe and soothing all around.
