I had a great experience with Hardwick Psychological Services through Dr Sarah Pollock. I found the listening and unpacking of the issues was transformative for me. Should have engaged with Hardwick years earlier to create a positive outlook and plan forward.
Happy to take you money then rush you out the door, If the person you are seeing is running late, that's too bad for you. if you are running late or need to reschedule they will charge the full amount , no chance to re-schedule, no pro-rata. do yourself a favor and look over these people.
I completed two new patient enquiries and called and emailed numerous times. Despite the website stating they are taking new patients I have not received a call back. Dissapointing.
Avoid! Approach with caution especially if you are a trauma victim. The person I saw didn’t apply the trauma informed framework which it could be argued is extremely unethical. The report given was highly damaging and very inaccurate to the point it caused extreme emotional distress and I had to use Ryan’s law and ask for a 2nd opinion. Terrible experience. Booked with Lucy Kennedy who I had previously seen at the start of January. I was told I would need to wait until March, which was fine. Was informed in February that due to a diary change they needed to be rebooked but that was ok. Phone call today at the end of Feb to be told that Lucy doesn't feel she can help me without any provision of an explanation as to why and when I asked for one I was told "that's not going to happen" and was then accused of lying about when the appointments were originall... read more
